    WHO sends 13 international scientists in Wuhan to examine the origins of the COVID19

    (GNB Desk):A team of 13 international scientists arrived Thursday in Wuhan, China where the coronavirus pandemic was first detected to examine the origins of the pandemic.

    World Health Organization (WHO) sent the scientists group to Wuhan after approved by Government of China. China lingered its approval for WHO’s research activities for months and now accepted after diplomatic complaint by the head of WHO.

    Two scientists are still in Singapore completing tests for COVID19. All team members had multiple negative PCR and antibody tests for COVID-19 in their home countries prior to traveling, WHO said in a statement on Twitter. Fifteen scientists were assigned for the research in Wuhan, only 13 members arrived in Wuhan due to the positive COVID cases.

    The experts will begin their work immediately during the 2 weeks quarantine protocol for international travelers, WHO said.
