President Joe Biden addressed Thursday evening to the families of the US troops and Afghans killed in today’s terrorist attack at Kabul airport.

Speaking with emotion from the White House, President Biden said “We will not forgive. We will not forget. We will hunt you down and make you pay,” he said of the ISIS-K terrorists.

“Our hearts ache for all their Afghan families who lost loved ones, including small children,” he said. “We’re outraged as well as heartbroken.”

Biden said he recognizes the pain of families, describing how loss feels like “you’re being sucked into a black hole in the middle of your chest”.

“We have a continued obligation, a sacred obligation to all of you – the families of those heroes,” he says.

Speaking from the White House Thursday President Joe Biden promised that his administration will complete the evacuation of American citizens and others from Afghanistan despite a deadly suicide bomb attack at the Kabul airport.

“We must complete this mission and we will. We will not be deterred by terrorists. We will continue the evacuation, ” Biden said.

He revealed that he believed he knows where ISIS-K terrorists are located and he says he will give commanders on the ground whatever they need.

The official withdrawal date for US troops remains 31 August, but the president said the mission will not stop then.

He said if there are any Americans who are still in Afghanistan who wish to leave, “we will find them and we will get them out.”

President Biden confirmed that he is looking at additional plans to strike ISIS-K assets and facilities in retaliation.

The evacuation operation will not stop in the meantime, the President repeated.
