    US killed Al Qaeda leader Zawahiri in Afghanistan

    Ayman al-Zawahiri, the leader of the terrorist organization al-Qaeda, has been killed in Afghanistan. Zawahiri was killed in an air strike by the American army.

    According to the media, the Al Qaeda leader was killed by a drone attack in Afghanistan on Monday.

    In a message on Monday night, US President Joe Biden confirmed the news of the death of al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri and wrote on Twitter – “On Saturday, at my direction, the United States successfully conducted an airstrike in Kabul, Afghanistan that killed the emir of al-Qa’ida: Ayman al-Zawahiri. Justice has been delivered.”

    Zawahiri was the leader of Al Qaeda organization. He was elected as the leader of the organization in 2011. Osama bin Laden, the then leader of Al Qaeda, was killed in 2011. Two months after Laden was killed in an operation by the American army, Zawahiri was elected as the leader of the organization.
