The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday granted 3-day pre-arrest bail to former Pakistani Prime Minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan in a case registered against him under the Anti-Terrorism Act for threatening an additional session judge and senior police officers of the Islamabad Police at a rally in the federal capital’s F-9 Park, local media reported.
In view of the possible arrest, former Prime Minister Imran Khan filed a pre-arrest bail application in the terrorism case.
A hearing on Imran Khan’s pre-arrest bail application was held, and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Justice Babar Sattar heard the case.
The Islamabad High Court approved Imran Khan’s 3-day protective bail while preventing him from being arrested till Thursday.
Islamabad High Court ordered Imran Khan to approach the concerned court by Thursday.
