A shooting at a nightclub in Northeast Washington, DC, left one man dead and three others injured on Saturday night, according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).

The incident occurred at around 11:51 p.m. at a nightclub in the 1300 block of H Street, Northeast. Officers responded to the report of a shooting and found four victims with gunshot wounds.

The victims were transported to local hospitals, where one of them, identified as 31-year-old Blake Bozeman of Southeast, DC, was pronounced dead. The other three victims, two men and one woman, are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The MPD said the suspect is a black male, approximately 5’7″, wearing a white/cream sweater and a black hat. He was last seen fleeing westbound on H Street, Northeast.

The MPD is asking anyone with information, photos, or videos of the shooting to contact them. The department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the homicide.

This is the 137th homicide in the District this year, compared to 116 at this time last year, according to MPD data. The shooting also adds to the recent surge of violence in the H Street corridor, which has seen several shootings and stabbings in the past few months.
