North Korea has once again tested a ballistic missile into the East sea on Sunday, South Korea’s military said, two days after a nuclear-powered U.S. aircraft carrier arrived here for allied drills. North Korea has fired a missile into the sea toward the East Coast. North Korea tested this missile 100 kilometers away from Pyongyang, The Army said in a statement.

This testing has been done between America and South Korea’s joint military exercise. According to media reports, the reason for this test is the close relationship between South Korea and America. Actually, the Vice-President of the United States, Kamala Harris, is going to visit South Korea soon. The date of her arrival in South Korea has not been fixed, but according to reports, she will go to South Korea after attending the state funeral of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on September 27.

North Korea is conducting missile testing despite sanctions
The United Nations (UN) has imposed sanctions on North Korea for testing nuclear and ballistic missiles. Simply put, North Korea cannot test nuclear and ballistic missiles. Despite this, missile tests are being conducted continuously. Before this, a missile test was also conducted in May.

Rising tensions between North and South Korea
According to South Korea’s President’s Office, National Security Director Kim Sung-han called an emergency national security meeting after receiving information about the missile testing. During this time, he said- North Korea has violated the law of the United Nations Security Council (UN Security Council). This is increasing the tension between the two countries.

North Korea’s rapidly increasing military buildup
North Korea is rapidly increasing its military buildup. North Korea has conducted several missile tests in the past few days. These include a new type of long-range cruise missile and a hypersonic missile launch. According to APN News, North Korea has tested more than 30 ballistic missiles since 2017.

North Korea now a nuclear armed state
Recently, North Korea declared itself a nuclear-armed state. North Korea also passed a new law for this. According to the law, if North Korea is threatened, it can launch a nuclear attack on any country that poses a threat. Kim Jong Un said in July that his country is ready to use nuclear power to fight the US and South Korea.
