    Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell objected on Tuesday to a proposal by Senator Bernie Sanders to vote on a House bill increasing COVID-19 relief payments to $2,000. The House voted on Monday to increase stimulus payments to $2,000 for most Americans as part of a COVID-19 relief package. President

    President Trump slams McConnell for blocking the vote on a $2,000 stimulus check. Trump twittered-Unless Republicans have a death wish, and it is also the right thing to do, they must approve the $2000 payments ASAP. $600 IS NOT ENOUGH!
