Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and France national team’s star striker, Kylian Mbappe, has raised concerns about the deteriorating relationship between himself and the club. In an interview with France Football Magazine, Mbappe hinted at a lack of support from PSG, claiming that the club creates division within the team.

Mbappe, who is PSG’s all-time top scorer, has reportedly informed the club management of his intention to leave. With his contract set to expire this year, PSG president Nasser Al Khelafi has made it clear that Mbappe will not be allowed to depart on a free transfer.

Since joining PSG from Monaco in 2017, Mbappe has helped the club secure five domestic league titles. However, PSG’s quest for European success in the Champions League has eluded them. Mbappe expressed his belief that the team needs strong leadership and organization to achieve greater success, stating, “To build a team, to create an identity, you need someone who talks, who can organize.”

PSG has recently appointed Luis Enrique as the new coach, replacing Christopher Gaultier. Notably, Lionel Messi has also departed the club, adding further uncertainty to PSG’s future prospects.

Mbappe’s comments have sparked speculation about a potential split within the team, as PSG faces the challenge of maintaining harmony and achieving its ambitions amid the ongoing transfer saga involving their star striker. The situation is likely to draw attention from fans, pundits, and football enthusiasts, as the future of one of the world’s most talented players hangs in the balance.
