In the early hours of Friday, a devastating fire broke out at a retirement home in Milan, Italy, resulting in the tragic loss of six lives and leaving dozens injured. Italian officials, as reported by media agencies, confirmed the casualties, while also expressing concerns that the actual number of victims could be higher.
The fire reportedly ignited around 1:20 a.m. (local time) within a room on the first floor of the ‘Casa dei Coniugi’ retirement facility, situated in a residential area south of Milan.
