During the speech, Biden further said, “This year has been very important in every way. The Russian military has done cruel and barbaric things. They have committed crimes against humanity. Despite this, they are not ashamed. What did Putin’s army not do? Heinous crime was used as a weapon.”
“Ukraine’s children’s future was taken away. Bombs hit trains, schools, hospitals and orphanages. How to ignore these things. But the people of Ukraine are also special and I can say with certainty that Russia will never conquer Ukraine.”

“On the other hand, the people of Ukraine are ready to die for their homeland. There is only one word for dictators and totalitarianism – no, no and no. No one can take over your country. No one can take away your freedom and your dreams and future. The attack on Ukraine is not only a test of Ukraine. , this is the test of the whole world.”

“As far as the Donbas region is concerned, we have always said that it should be solved peacefully first, but those who blame Russia should also look at the role of Western leaders. Putin said: “We had to invade Ukraine because of Western activities. For our own security, an invasion of Ukraine was necessary. The people of Donbas asked for help from the Russian government. Just as these forces destroyed Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya and Syria, they want to do the same to Ukraine.”
“It should be kept in mind that Russia will not compromise on its honor. Kiev does not have the power to solve the issue of Donbass. The people there want Russia to come and solve their problems. I never said that only war can solve this problem. There should be talks, but the right way should be followed. Russia has not and will not succumb to pressure tactics.”
“We have no problem talking to the Western powers. We want to have a joint security structure between us. I myself have tried for this for many years, but the US and other Western powers do not want a solution. We have always been ignored.
