    A complaint filed against Andrew Cuomo alleging a misdemeanor sex crime

    A complaint against former New York governor Andrew Cuomo alleging a misdemeanor sex crime had been filed in the Albany City Court. The complaint was signed by the office Monday and stamped by the court has received Thursday. Albany, New York on Thursday.

    A copy of the one-page complaint from the Albany County Sheriff’s Office, obtained by GNB, alleges that Cuomo committed the misdemeanor act of forcible touching at his official residence on the afternoon of Dec. 7 last year, between 3:51 p.m. and 4:07 p.m.

    “The defendant Andrew M. Cuomo did knowingly, and intentionally commit the class A misdemeanor of Forcible Touching in violation of section 13052 subdivision l- of the Penal Law of the State of New York, said in the complaint.

    “ A person is guilty of Forcible Touching when such person intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose forcibly touches the sexual or other intimate parts of another person for the purpose of degrading or abusing such person, or for the purpose of gratifying the actor’s sexual desire,” added in the complaint.

    “At the aforesaid date time and location the defendant Andrew M. Cuomo did intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly place his hand under the blouse shirt of the victim [redacted] and into her intimate body part. Specifically, the victims (sic) left breast for the purposes of degrading and gratifying his sexual desires, all contrary to the provisions of the statute in such case made and provided,” the complaint reads.

    An investigation by New York Attorney General Letitia James found the Democratic governor had sexually harassed at least eleven women, most of them state employees.
