Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s house in San Francisco was vandalized on New Year’s day with messages “Cancel rent!” and “We want everything!” The message was seen in big black letters on Pelosi’s garage.

A tweet on the incident from Maggie VanenBerghe turned viral in social media.

Pelosi’s house was vandalized early Friday morning with an apparent reference to lawmakers’ failed efforts to provide Americans with $2,000 COVID-19 relief checks. Some messages were also left for the speaker as it appears the vandals were upset with the failed $2,000 government stimulus checks.

According to KRON, the MyNetworkTV affiliated station in San Francisco, the messages have been covered up and fake blood on the ground was removed.

A spokesman for the San Francisco Police Department told Fox News that officers responded to the reported vandalism around 2 a.m. Friday. “Unidentified suspect(s) had painted graffiti on the garage door and left a pig’s head on the sidewalk,” they said.
