Apple will manufacture its upcoming iPhone 14 series in India as well as in China. It is said that the company will release the iPhone-14 series in September 2023.
According to the Indian newspaper Business Standard, iPhone 14 will be manufactured in India as well as in China. It will also be supplied to the world market from India and China.
The company’s industry analyst Ming-Chi Kuo made the announcement via Twitter. He also said that the new series of iPhone 14 will be produced in India to reduce the dependence on China due to the ongoing geopolitical tension.
Analyst Kuo mentioned on his Twitter that the iPhone 14, iPhone Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max under the iPhone 14 series will be manufactured at the Foxconn plant in Chennai, India.
If Kuo’s prediction turns out to be true, it will mark the first time that Apple starts production of a new iPhone in another country at the same time as it does in China.
The new iPhone 14 is said to have a 6.1-inch display. The iPhone 14 Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max are expected to have a 6.7-inch display.
