New york police have arrested a suspected man of Brooklyn subway shooter in the East Village neighborhood of New York on Wednesday, NYPD told media outlets.
Frank James, 62- Year- old was initially named by the police as ‘person of interest’ in the shooting that took place on the N train in Brooklyn Tuesday morning.
James was declared a suspect Wednesday after investigators determined he purchased the gun recovered at the scene, law enforcement officials told media outlets.
‘The gun evidence was the turning point in elevating him from a person of interest to a suspect,’ CNN reported quoting two law enforcement officials as saying.
