The Made in America festival has returned to Philadelphia on Labor Day weekend for the 10th year.

This year’s Made In America festival in Philadelphia begun Saturday, August 4, and is set to end Sunday, August 5 with COVID-19 restrictions in place.

This is the 10th anniversary of the Jay-Z curated massive concert on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.

This year, the two-day music festival features Justin Bieber, Lil Baby, Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion, and more, the organizer said.

Despite surging delta variant cases and flooding from the Schuylkill River that inundated the Benjamin Franklin Parkway with water, the festival has continued, officials said.

The festival will benefit the ACLU of Pennsylvania and the REFORM Alliance, the City of Philadelphia said.

In advance of the concert, city officials have released important details for attendees and Philly residents to keep in mind over the holiday weekend.

This year’s event comes with additional precautions due to Philadelphia’s response to the evolving coronavirus pandemic.

Proof of a negative COVID-19 test result or printed proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (card or photo of card) must be presented by ticketholders at entry, the City of Philadelphia said. The negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained before attending the Made in America Festival. In addition, all attendees on festival grounds will be required to wear masks, the city said.

Fans of Justin Bieber were singing his songs as they wait for the gate to open for the Made in America Festival in Philadelphia.
